Registration

We warmly welcome you at the 1st European SEAT Meeting that will take place on the weekend of the 28 - 30.08.09 in Bitburg.

At the size of such a meeting, you will surely understand that we are only able to organize in advance.

The entrance fee per person is fixed as follow:
* FR - SU = 25,00 EUR
* FR - SA = 20,00 EUR
* SA - SU = 20,00 EUR
* SA (Daily visitors with car on the site and participation at the program) = 15,00 EUR
* SA (Daily visitors without car on the site and without participation at the program) = 5,00 EUR

Free entrance for children under 12 years.

The entrance fee includes the camping on the areal, the breakfast on Saturday and Sunday (except one day visitors), WC and possibility to take a shower, the participation at the show & shine contest, the participation at the slalom, at the 1/4 Mile, at the games and at the other collective activities.

For the first 350 registrations, you will also get a free T-Shirt. The T-Shirt can also be bought on the areal.

The entrance fee will not include the midday meal, the evening meal, the beverages, the visit of the Bitburger brewery (8,00.-EUR per person), the carting and the parachuting.

How can I register?

Please send us a e-mail with the following data:

After reception of your e-mail, you will get an answer with the bank account number on which you can transfer the entrance fee (driver / car holder plus the number of the occupants).

Only after having receipt the entrance fee, you will be definitely "registered".

The participation fee will not be refunded at a later non-participation of the vehicle owner, driver or of the passenger(s).
